4:00pm Arrive in the sports bar on campus

Entry sheets and instructions will be given out 

4:20 pm Registration of teams starts

All teams should have fee ready (Cheque or cash) and the names of the team members written on entry sheet. 

4:45 pm Table and seat numbers allocated 

4:55 pm Competitors to be seated.

Tournament will begin at 5:00 pm sharp 

6:50pm 10 minute break

7:00pm Play resumes 

9:00 pm Half hour break

9:30 pm Play resumes 

10:55 pm Last hands to be played

11:00 pm End of play 

11:05 pm Concessions handed out for the lodge night club

11:30 pm Entry into Lodge 

11:45pm Drink

12:00 pm onwards ????
